Foreclosure Weeks:
This information is for our guests or owners that may be interested in purchasing a vacation week here at Masters Villas. The foreclosure weeks
available are weeks that the Association has acquired legally from previous owners that did not pay the maintenance fees. The prices are so
reasonable because the Association has no sales department since we are sold out and the only funds the Association is trying to recoup are past
due maintenance fees and legal costs.
The Association will sell a vacation week every year for a total price of $5500. Or if you are interested in purchasing a bi-annual week that cost
would be $3700. The last vacation weeks for Masters Villas were sold late in 2002 and at that time an every year week sold for $14,500 and a
bi-annual week sold for $8750. Each week is a "floating" week that can be used any time of the year either here in Mesquite or with Interval
International.
The prices quoted are all inclusive covering all closing and recording costs. All Masters Villas weeks are deeded weeks in Clark County Nevada,
that are owned by you and can be passed down to your children, sold or rented out as you desire. It is not a 20 or 30 year lease as some other
timeshares.
As you can see, you are staying at an Interval International "Five Star" resort that has maintained this top rating since our opening in 1997.
This is important to Masters Villas owners because it gives them trading power to trade into virtually any other two bedroom "Five Star" Resort
including any of the Marriott, Disney, Four Seasons, and Hyatt's.
Another advantage to being an owner here at Masters Villas is that upon availability there are "Bonus Days" that you can come and use whenever you
would like to extend your vacation or just to come for a quick get away. The cost per night, for deeded owners only, is $75 for weekdays and $95 for weekends. A single night rate is $125 upon availability.
The maintenance fees for an every year owner are $606.74 and for bi-annual owner the fees are $364.04 per year. These fees are due each January
and they can be paid on a quarterly basis if one so chooses, These fees have not increased for the past three years and there are no plans to increase
these fees in the foreseeable future because the Association is financially stable.
