Foreclosure Weeks:
This information is for our guests or owners that may be interested in purchasing a vacation week here at Masters Villas. The deed back or foreclosure
weeks available are vacation weeks that the Association has legally acquired. The purchase prices quoted are so reasonable because the Association
has no sales or advertising departments since Masters Villas was basically sold out in 2002, and the Association is only interested in breaking even
with past due maintenance fees and legal costs.
The Association will sell a vacation week every year for a total price of $5500. Or if you are interested in purchasing a bi-annual week that cost
would be $3700. The last vacation weeks for Masters Villas were sold late in 2002 and at that time an every year week sold for $14,500 and a
bi-annual week sold for $8750. Each week is a "floating" week, meaning that you can vacation here at Masters Villas any time during the year
or use your week to trade with any trading company to any other 5 star resort world wide.
The prices quoted are all inclusive covering all closing and recording costs. As an owner of Masters Villas your vacation week is a recorded
deeded week in Clark County, Nevada. That means that you own your week, it can be passed down to your children, sold or rented out as you desire.
It is not a 20 or 30 year lease as many other timeshares.
As you can see, you are staying at an Interval International "Five Star" resort that has maintained this top rating since our opening in 1997.
This is important to Masters Villas owners because it gives them with superior trading power to where they can virtually trade into any other "5 Star"
resort world wide, including Marriott, Disney, Four Seasons, and Hyatt's.
Another advantage to being an owner here at Masters Villas is that upon availability there are "Bonus Days" that you can come and use whenever you
would like to extend your vacation or just to come for a quick get away. The cost per night for deeded owners is $75 for weekdays and $95 for weekends.
If you decide to purchase, the maintenance fees for an every year owner are $668 or $400 for a bi-annual purchase. Those fees are due each January and they can be paid in total at that time, or if you so choose they can be paid on a quarterly basis either $172 or $100 per quarter. For your information the maintenance fees at Masters Villas have only had (1) 10% increase in the last (7) years and no special assessments. The Association is financially stable and no increases are in the foreseeable future. For a Interval International 5 Star resort like Masters Villas, maintenance fees are among the lowest in the timeshare industry.
