Reservations for 2008
In an effort to provide you with the highest level of ownership service, we would like to remind you that the 2008 Reservations period starts on April 1, 2007.
As outlined in your CC & R's, beginning on April 1st and ending December 1st of each calendar year, an owner with usage rights for the succeeding calendar year MUST make a reservation in the season purchased, for up to seven nights.
All reservations shall be confirmed on a first come first served basis. In order to maximize the inventory available, split week accommodations will not be confirmed earlier than November 1st.
Any owner who fails to secure their reservation by the December 1st deadline will automatically be booked a date for occupancy for the following calendar year by the Association.
