Who is the 2027 Owner Reservation Form for?

This form is for current Masters Villas owners who would like to request a reservation week for the 2027 calendar year.

When can I submit my 2027 reservation request?

Reservation requests can be submitted between April 1st and April 30th. Requests submitted outside of the request window cannot be accepted.

How do I submit my reservation request?

2027 reservation requests must be submitted using the online Owner Reservation Form available on our website. Requests will not be accepted by phone, text, or email.

Why is Masters Villas using an online form instead of phone reservations?

In past years, the first few days of April brought a very high volume of calls, emails, and texts all at once, making it difficult to manage requests fairly. The online form allows owners to submit their preferences during the same window, helping ensure a more organized, fair, and stress-free process for everyone.

Does submitting the form guarantee I will receive my requested week or unit?

No. Submitting the form does not guarantee availability. All requests are reviewed after the request window closes and are assigned based on availability and ownership guidelines.

Can I request specific units as well as weeks?

Yes. The form includes a place to list unit preferences. While unit requests are not guaranteed, we will make every reasonable effort to honor them when availability allows.

What if I care more about my week than the unit (or vice versa)?

The form allows you to indicate whether week preference or unit preference is more important to you. This helps us make assignments when both cannot be accommodated.

Does submitting my form earlier increase my chances?

No. All requests submitted during the request window are treated equally. Submitting earlier does not increase priority.

Can I submit more than one form?

Each ownership account may submit one form. Submitting multiple forms will not increase priority.

What happens after I submit the form?

After the request window closes, all submissions are reviewed and assignments are made. Owners will be notified once reservations have been finalized. This will be within 2 business days of submitting the form.

Are Spring Break or other high-demand weeks handled differently?

Yes. Certain high-demand weeks, including Spring Break, may be handled through a separate process to ensure fairness. We will use a lottery system for those weeks.

When will I be notified of my assigned week?

Notifications will be sent out 1 to 2 business days after the form is submitted by the owner.
