CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT POLICY

CHECK-IN TIME: 4:00 PM*

Upon arrival in Mesquite, please check in at the Owner Services office; one of our representatives will present you with your villa key, garage door opener, and welcome packet. We will provide you with some helpful information including some of our rules and regulations. (For directions, click on the direction tab above).
*If you will be arriving after 6:00 PM please contact Masters Villas before your stay to make after-hours lockbox arrangements.

CHECK-OUT TIME: 10:00 AM*

Please note, if your villa requires additional cleaning, beyond the basic cleaning, disinfecting, and sanitizing, there will be additional charges. Damage to towels, furniture, golf cart, etc. will be the responsibility of the guest.
*Any late check-outs will incur a $50 hour fee, beginning at 10:01 AM.

PET POLICY

ONLY OFFICIAL ADA SERVICE ANIMALS ARE ALLOWED AT THE RESORT. We need to be advised of a service animal PRIOR to your stay. An emotional support animal is not an ADA Service Animal. Failure to comply with our NO PET POLICY will result in hourly cleaning rates and may incur a $500 fine or more, depending on the time of required cleaning.

POOL AND HOT TUB POLICY

Children must always be accompanied by an adult. If you are in the pool area, we ask that you do not move the furniture. DO NOT PROP THE GATE OPEN! POOL ACCESS WILL BE REVOKED IF YOU DO NOT FOLLOW POOL RULES. 10:00 P.M. QUIET TIME MUST BE OBSERVED.

ITEMS AVAILABLE IN VILLA

All villa kitchens are stocked with bakeware, pots, pans, assorted spices, including salt and pepper and a few other items generally found, sheets, hand soap, and garbage bags are provided. Additional items may be requested during normal business hours. Roll-a-ways and air-mattresses will incur a minimal weekly charge. Kids dish sets, highchairs, and pack-n-plays are also available upon request at no additional charge.

VILLA OCCUPANCY AND SUPPLIED ITEMS

The villas are stocked with enough supplies for the maximum villa occupancy of 6 guests. There may be an extra charge for additional guests (over 6).
